4)Feedback/problem: - Walcrete delivery using 40ft lorry, can't parked into site premises. Hassan asked his workers to help move the neighbor's dustbin (even it's raining), so lorry can stop aside without blocking the road. Jason appreciates his initiative - The lorry driver request extra money to unload the walcrete for longer distance, Simon (the supplier) agreed to pay them RM350, asked Jason to pay first and he will bank in the money to Jason.

But unfortunately the strong wind has blown down the "zinc gate", fell on his car, causing a 6" scratch on the hood.

Moved bricks to 2nd floor while waiting for concrete.
Finished late beacuse Najib need crane to move steels to 2nd floor.

- 1st floor stairs concrete done by 2.50pm

- Concrete arrived 12.50pm but 1st floor stairs not yet ready. (see pics) Called Amin but cannot get thru.
Mak instruct Jason to pay RM10 to the driver as compensate the 40mins waiting time.

***Jason didn't know how's the stairs should be ready by the time concrete.
Act: Will learn from experience and check to confirm in future.
Will tell Amin to communicate well with his workers in future, as his supervisor Najib also complained
that concrete shouldn't be ordered when the job is not ready.

- Ateh (drainage worker's supervisor) claimed that their Bosch grinder (see sample pic) had lost yesterday when
he want to collect back.
Act: Jason asked Amin/Asan & Mak's staff (hacking workers), they said they didn't know about it.
Jason told Ateh since he didn't assigned anyone at the site to look after the grinder, and there's no prove
that the grinder was on the site, Jason can only ask all the workers to take note and inform Jason should
anyone sees the grinder in future.
